Town & Shore, a respected leader in residential real estate with a 70-year history, was revamping their website and needed to update some of their content as well. With a limited budget and tight timeline, they reached out to Words@Work for help elevating their brand narrative and highlighting what distinguishes them from a sea of competitors in Maine’s real estate world.
Our Strategy:
Working within Town & Shore’s budget, the Words team designed an abbreviated Discovery process to delve into the firm’s values and unique attributes. As often happens, the Words’ process not only helped us learn about their and its culture, it helped the team at Town & Shore reflect on important components of their brand. Equipped with a better understanding of Town & Shore’s culture, we were then able to articulate their unique approach to helping people buy and sell their homes in Maine. As part of this effort, we also helped Town & Shore discern which web pages to update to have the most impact on site visitors. Additionally, their new voice was a better match for their sophisticated new web design.
