We were originally hired to help them articulate their Mission and Vision. Once they learned what we do, they hired us to help them evaluate their marketing and develop a message strategy for them. Using our Discovery Process, we identified what sets them apart and found hidden value that was missing from their process. Simple changes like new titles for staff have translated to a deeper understanding of the role they play in a customer’s event.
