When I was a little girl, my parents impressed upon me that few things were more important than a good reputation. In business, that’s doubly true.
When a negative comment is the only online review, it can really turn off prospective buyers.
What should you do? There really are only two options: act now to organically develop positive reviews from happy clients or wait and rush to generate positive reviews to bury the negative.
One company waited about two days too long to think about their options. Unfortunately, by then, there was a significantly negative comment and they had lost at least three prospective clients (that they knew of). We’re currently working with them on a Plan B.
At W@W, we’re taking Plan A and would love to hear your thoughts on our work. Could you take a few minutes and share a few words about our work online? Thanks!
